Where our story began.

Some time ago, when reformer Pilates was only just beginning to grow in popularity and there was just one studio offering it locally, I had a clear vision. At the time, it felt like a dream I wasn’t quite ready to pursue. Still, the idea never left me. I kept telling my friends that I would love to have a boutique Reformer Pilates studio one day!

I often imagined the studio from a client’s perspective - how it should feel, what was missing, and the kind of space I would genuinely look forward to visiting each week, a space that could become an effortless part of my routine, where I could quieten my mind, move my body and be part of a community. A place that feels high-end yet welcoming, calming yet energising, where every detail is considered and everyone feels at ease.

Over a year ago, I decided to take that step and bring my vision to life. I found the perfect space in Attleborough, and from that moment everything began to align. Now, Reformer Pilates Club, is becoming exactly what I had hoped for - a refined, thoughtfully designed studio created with care, purpose, and heart.

My dream is that this club becomes your space to pause, reconnect, and feel your very best physically, mentally, and emotionally. Open to all, welcome to Reformer Pilates Club.

MEET ewelina

Hi! I'm Ewelina, I’m a mental health nurse and founder of Reformer Pilates Club, and I truly love what I do. Supporting people through their emotions, daily challenges, and personal journeys has always been at the heart of my career. Caring for mental wellbeing is deeply important to me, and over time I felt inspired to create something that could support people not only emotionally, but physically too.

Movement has always been part of my life, with fitness classes playing a key role in how I unwind, reset, and look after myself. When I discovered Reformer Pilates, it instantly stood out  a calm yet powerful practice where, for a short time, the outside world fades away. You leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more balanced, both in body and mind.

Reformer Pilates with me is about more than just movement - it’s about learning your body, building confidence, and feeling supported every step of the way. I teach with a focus on thoughtful, controlled movement, helping you connect strength, mobility, and breath in a way that feels purposeful and empowering.

 

My sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine your practice, I offer clear guidance, hands-on cueing, and tailored progressions so you feel safe, challenged, and encouraged throughout your workout. MEET BETH

Hi, I’m Beth. I am a passionate dancer and dance teacher with years of experience that I can’t wait to bring to re.form.er. I find true happiness and purpose in sharing the joy of movement and have spent years supporting people in both Pilates and dance around the world, including some time in India where I was able to fill my days dancing - a real dream come true. 

With a solid foundation teaching traditional mat Pilates, guiding people to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness, I am really excited to lean into Reformer Pilates to offer even more dynamic, transformative sessions with the versatility to suit everyone individually, from mastering the basics to pushing your practice further as your confidence and ability grows.

Hi, I’m Ada! Your go-to Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor from Newcastle! 
If you’re ready to shake, sweat, and seriously feel the burn… you’re in the right place... I specialise in spicy Reformer sessions set to the ultimate soundtrack (yes, expect a little Tate McRae energy). My classes are all about that perfect balance: strong technique, controlled movement, deep core work, and those deliciously challenging pulses that make you question your life choices (in the best way).

You can expect a unique blend of strength training and flexibility work designed for full body sculpt & shape. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or deep into your Pilates era, my sessions are built to challenge and support every level. I’m passionate about helping you create positive changes , not just in your body, but in your mindset too. So come join me, turn the music up, and let’s feel the burn together.
