PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

1.Acceptance & Booking

By registering and booking classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings must be made and paid via our official online platform or app before attending.

2. Health & Fitness Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in Pilates sessions.  Clients must inform the studio and instructor prior to attending if they have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recently undergone surgery, or any new health concerns since their last visit.

The studio and instructors are not qualified medical professionals. You assume full responsibility for evaluating your own fitness, and are encouraged to consult your doctor if unsure.  If a client feels discomfort during class, you must immediately notify the instructor and cease the activity.

3. Punctuality & Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for setup and orientation.  Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes for group sessions) may be refused entry to avoid disrupting the class, and attendance may be marked as a “no show”, resulting in class credit forfeiture or fee.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

a. Cancellation Notice
Clients must cancel or reschedule their booking via our online booking system or app at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Email, voicemail, or messages outside the platform will not be accepted as valid cancellations.

b. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before class will be treated as a late cancellation.
The client will be charged the full class fee or lose the session credit.

c. Waitlist Exception
Clients added from a waitlist within 24 hours of class time must cancel through the booking system if unable to attend; otherwise, the standard cancellation policy applies.

d. Exceptional Circumstances
We may waive late-cancellation or no-show charges for verified emergencies on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the instructor. Any request for waiver must be communicated promptly.

e. Studio Cancellations
If the studio cancels a class (e.g., instructor illness), the client will receive a credit or refund. Clients may choose to transfer to another session if available.

5. Injury, Discomfort & Liability

Clients must report any injury or accident occurring on premises immediately to a staff member.

By attending classes, clients assume all inherent risks associated with physical activity, including strain, injury, slips or falls. The studio and instructors are not liable for injury or loss. Clients agree to comply with instructor guidance. Any infringement of safety rules, misconduct, or failure to follow instruction may result in refusal of entry without refund.

6. Behaviour & Studio Etiquette

Wear appropriate activewear and grip socks, and follow hygiene rules (e.g. wipe down equipment after use). Clients must behave respectfully. Antisocial or disruptive behaviour may result in exclusion without refund.

7. Privacy, Data & Confidentiality

Personal and health information is processed in accordance with GDPR and studio Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to the studio using your data for administrative and communication purposes. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be amended at the studio’s discretion. Clients will be notified and acceptance implied via continued use of our services.
