Our classes, from only £17, are built around dynamic, continuous flows grounded in authentic Pilates principle. We challenge your body through intelligent sequencing, higher reps, time under tension, and safely pushing muscles to fatigue (yes, the shake is intentional).
Our certified Pilates instructors are here to support you with personalised guidance and expert cueing, helping you to move with control, improve posture, build mobility, and develop deep core strength. Every class is designed to challenge you just enough so you leave feeling taller, stronger, energised and empowered.

Foundation.

ALL ABILITIES
These sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to slow things down and refine their technique. Whether you’re new to Pilates, stepping onto the reformer for the first time, or focusing on mastering the basics, this is where it's at.
We'll guide you through Reformer setup, Pilates fundamentals, and thoughtfully adapt exercises to suit your body and needs. We’ll move with intention, slowing it down to focus on form, breath, control, and awareness, so you can build confidence with every movement.
What to expect: deep core activation, juicy stretches, and a calm but invigorating atmosphere that leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body.
Signature sculpt.

INTERMEDIATE
A little spicier. A lot stronger. Already know your way around the carriage? This one’s for you. Our intermediate Reformer class is the perfect next step up from beginner, designed for those ready to level up their Pilates practice.
This is our signature full-body session - dynamic, intelligent, and energising. With increased tempo, layered progressions, and deeper core work, we dial things up while keeping your form sharp and intentional. Every exercise can be tailored to your experience, finding a beautiful balance between challenge and control.
What to expect: purposeful movement, seamless transitions, smart sequencing that builds strength, stability, and mobility, and a little extra sweat and shake.
Power pilates.
An uplifting, high-intensity Reformer jumpboard workout.
CARDIO FOCUSED
A high-energy fusion of Pilates X cardio. Using the reformer jumpboard, this class delivers a fun, high-intensity yet low-impact workout designed to elevate your heart rate while staying kind to your joints. It's all the good bits, minus the stress of traditional cardio.
This fast-paced, full-body burn combines controlled jump board intervals with carriage-based Reformer work, maintaining precision, stability, flow, and signature Pilates alignment throughout. Expect athletic sequencing, elevated tempo and just enough spice to push your limits while still moving with intention.
What to expect: serious sweat, endorphins on tap, a strong full-body burn, and that post-class glow that makes you feel energised and empowered.
Private sessions.
1:1 or 2:1 private Reformer Pilates for individualised practice.
BESPOKE SESSIONS
Our 1:1 or duo Reformer Pilates sessions are completely tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to the reformer, working around an injury, or ready to level up and challenge yourself, you’ll enjoy focused guidance, customised programming, and results you can truly feel - all delivered with our signature style: strong, supportive, and with just a little added sass.
This is your dedicated me time. A chance to tune in, move with intention, find your flow and work towards your goals at your own pace. Sessions can be booked one-to-one or two-to-one for a more personalised, supportive experience.
Private sessions are scheduled around our regular club timetable, making it easy to fit bespoke training seamlessly into your week.
Pre & postnatal.
A grounding practice to support body and mind.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Pre- and postnatal Pilates clients are welcome to attend our Foundation Reformer classes, led by our qualified pre & postnatal instructor. Sessions are thoughtfully adapted to support you through pregnancy and postpartum, focusing on safe, mindful movement that builds strength, stability and confidence when your body (and mind) is doing a lot!
What to expect: gentle but effective strengthening, intelligent mobility work and calm moments to slow things right down - a chance to move, breathe and reset, this is time just for you.
For pre/postnatal Pilates, medical clearance is required before attending a class - safety always comes first. If you’d prefer something more tailored, see our private sessions for completely personalised 1:1 programming.
